I purchased an Adapt-IQ in April and it has worked very well for the task for which I have been using it. Unfortunately, it has recently began to give errors and now is unresponsive. I have tried turning it off/on with various amounts of time off but it will not get past the red/white Android splash screen.
I checked in the manual for a recent button or combination of button pushes to reset the device but could not find anything.
Is there a way to reset the device or what do you suggest I do at this point?

1.) Try getting the tablet to go into the Safe Mode by first turning the tablet off. 2.) Push the power switch into ON position while pressing and holding the Volume Down button. 3.) Upon bootup you should see the "Safe Mode" on the bottom left corner.
Next try to turn off/on the tablet and see if that fixes the issue. If Safe Mode and restart didn't help go back to getting the Safe Mode and then go into settings(Gear Icon) > Backup & reset > click Factory Data reset. (Caution: this will erase everything on the tablet and its SD drive.)
Another option is to use a ADB, Android Debug Bridge, to address the issue.
