I am using the 10.1" Monitor that had been running perfectly until I updated my Mac OS to 10.11.6 El Capitan. When I install the UPDD touch software I am encountering an issue where it gets to the end of the process and says there is a failure and won't install.
Can you please assist with the issue? I have tried reinstalling, deleting, and still haven't found a solution.

Billy,
Here is what our software team uncovered.
"The installer hit a rather obscure bug. What happened was that an old version of the UPDD kernel extension was installed in System folder. The installer normally tries to remove old kernel extensions, but due to new security restrictions starting with macOS 10.11, all files in the System folder cannot be deleted. This caused the installer to trigger an error and fail.
I believe this situation could only happen if someone installed the UPDD on a system years ago when it was running macOS 10.8, eventually upgraded the system to macOS 10.11 without reinstalling or upgrading the UPDD, and then tried to run the installer. So not surprising that this is the first time this bug has come up."
They have corrected the issue and will resend you version 5.01.1248 that should install properly.
