We are sorry to hear that the touchscreen on the UM-1080CP-B is not working. Can you try this one more thing on a Windows machine before we issue an RMA. UM-1080CP-B Touchscreen Firmware is the link to where the FW update is located. Below are the instructions of how to get your unit updated through windows. > Download the folder onto your computer > Plug in your UM-1080CP-B to the computer (blue wire, red wire to the wall adapter) > Go to "Start" > Type "Run" and (click on "Run") > Click Browse > Find and select "Burn 4+1+X NonStopBatch.bat" (from the folder that you downloaded) > Press "Ok" Test your UM-1080CP-B after it is finished. If it didn't look like it ran you might need to restart and run the .exe file before you run the .bat file again. Let us know if that helps @ techsupport@mimomonitors.com
