Per our Engineering department the data rate will vary depending on what the display is doing. It is a compressed interface, so if what is on the screen is static, there is only a very low bandwidth heartbeat to ensure everything is OK. If it is just, say, a cursor moving on the display the bandwidth needed is again only what is updating and is < 1 MBPS. Maximum bandwidth used is about 100 MBPS when playing full motion video, which is well below the 480 MBPS of USB2.0 (ignoring the USB overhead). In addition, the interface will automatically manage what bandwidth is there. If, for example, you put 6 Mimos all playing full motion video on one USB port this would exceed the maximum bandwidth available. Everything would still work and you would still have full motion video on all 6 Mimos, but if you looked closely, you may notice compression artifacts if the available bandwidth at that moment was not high enough.
